A wedding cake design that bares all- introducing the naked cake! Now before you go jumping to conclusions, let me explain what I mean by this. A traditional wedding cake has frosting on the outside, but the naked wedding cake uses frosting in a different way. Yup that's right, it's not your eyes fooling you...those giant numbers they say it is currently 70 degrees outside in the month of November. Crazy? Yes. Want to know see something crazier? Look at Wednesday...we are expected to get 6 - 10 inches of snow. Being familiar with the weather here in Hudson Valley we are very accustomed to all of Mother Nature's tricks that she has up her sleeve. From shorts on Monday to hats and gloves on Wednesday we are prepared for whatever is thrown at us. If you want an outdoor reception but are worried because mother nature might not always be on her best behavior, worry no more!!!
