Absolutely! We offer a stunning outdoor ceremony space overlooking our championship golf course — one of the must exclusive courses in Orange County, NY —with on-site ceremony coordination, an audio system and cushioned chairs for everyone. Your wedding guests will also be greeted with welcome drinks including champagne, lemonade and water displayed on our signature champagne wall. Yes, we would be delighted to give you a tour of our Hudson Valley wedding venue. You can experience everything we have to offer and envision your day getting pampered in our wedding cottage, taking a golf cart drive onto the course to see amazing photo spots including our brand new walking bridge with cascading waterfalls and our historical suspension bridge spanning over the Wallkill River.

An all-inclusive wedding means you do not need to worry about basic rentals and staff that you may need to still manage on your own if you were to book a different venue. At West Hills Country Club we provide the linens, flatware, escort cards, personalized menu cards, seating, servers, bartenders, liquor and more. Each of these on their own can add up significantly if you were to plan a wedding on your own. Our goal is to provide you with a stress-free planning process from beginning to end. West Hills Country Club can accommodate up to 500 guests for your wedding.

Yes and so much more at one of our wedding tasting events. Rather than sampling a few items, our team hosts a number of tasting events throughout the year that gives you the opportunity to be our guest and sample the food and service. You will arrive to a fully customized wedding with all the bells and whistles, with no anxiety and no stress. It’s your turn to sit back and enjoy.

This event is complimentary for booked couples. $65 for each guest, cash or check accepted the day of event.

While no two weddings are the same, typically our Hudson Valley wedding venue couples like to spend between $15-$25K* for their wedding. Pricing will fluctuate based on the day and your menu selections.
