Tastings at West Hills Country Club are simple. It’s your opportunity to be our guest and sample the food and service. You will arrive to a fully customized event with all the bells and whistles, with no anxiety and no stress. It’s your turn to sit back and enjoy.


Our wedding tasting events are planned months in advance with varying menus so that you can choose the date and menu offering that will best suit your needs. Tasting events are held multiple times per year, and include the following:

  • Cocktail Hour – featuring eight butler-style hors d’oeuvres and a variety of chilled and hot stations from our wedding packages.
  • Four Course Dinner – two courses prior to the entrée or a duet pre-entrée course, four choices of entrée, a wedding cake sampler plate and a specialty dessert station.
  • Top-shelf open bar throughout the event with opportunities to sample specialty cocktails and wine upgrades.


If you decide to book your wedding reception at West Hills Country Club, you will receive two tickets to one tasting event of your choice. Four additional guests may join you, or you may attend additional tasting events at a cost of $65.00 per person. Payment can be made at the door with cash or check. If you attend a tasting event prior to booking with us, then choose West Hills Country Club as your venue, we will issue a credit for the cost of two tickets to the final bill for your event.
