Positions Available

Prior experience recommended. All positions require weekend, evening, and holiday availability.

Line Cook:

  • $18 – $22 per hour
  • Full-time and Part-time positions available

Become an integral part of our culinary team, crafting delicious dishes that meet the high standards of West Hills Country Club.

Line cooks are the West Hills employees most directly responsible for the quality of food we produce. Using the supplies produced by the prep cooks, and the recipes designed by the Executive Chef and Management, the line cooks produce, plate, and present our appetizers, salads and entrees in a timely fashion, to the high quality standards set by the organization.

Banquet Server:

  • $15.50 – $17 per hour
  • Full-time and Part-time positions available

Deliver exceptional service with a smile! Ensure every guest feels welcome and enjoys a seamless dining experience at our banquets.

The Banquet Server takes guest orders and serves food and beverages in a friendly manner consistent with the company’s steps of service. Occasionally performs additional duties such as escorting guests to tables, setting up and clearing tables, and basic preparation and breakdown tasks.

Maitre’D:

  • $20 – $25 per hour
  • Full-time position

Lead the front-of-house team with confidence. Ensure flawless service and meticulous attention to detail during all events.

The Maitre’D is the person primarily in charge of front of house operations during the execution of any event. The Maitre’D is not a working server but is the leader of the team responsible for assuring the guests of honor and close family are well taken care of throughout the event. Final accountability for all front of house steps of service and quality control rests on the Maitre’D.
