MAITRE D’ & COORDINATION
A dedicated coordinator and Maître D’ are assigned to your wedding the day you book. They run the timeline, brief every vendor, and ensure everything is taken care of. No outside planner required.
What couples ask before booking
What’s in the package?
Venue, ceremony coordination, the chef’s menu, open bar with full liquor, linens, flatware, escort cards, menu cards, servers, bartenders, and the Maître D’. Couples typically book three outside vendors: photographer, florist, and DJ or band.
What does a wedding here cost?
$15,000 to $25,000 all-in for 2026 weddings, depending on date and guest count. A Friday or Sunday with 120 guests lands near the low end. A peak Saturday in October with 250 guests lands near the high end.
What’s the guest capacity?
Up to 500 seated in the Outdoor Ballroom with round tables, around 320 with farm tables. Weddings of 80 to 150 are the most common size we host.
Do you host winter weddings?
Yes. We can host your wedding in our indoor clubhouse ballroom. This space connects with our Centennial Bar & Grill and includes an elevated outdoor patio with bistro lighting and fire-pit tables.
How far in advance should we book?
Peak Saturdays (May through October) book 12 to 18 months out. Fridays, Sundays, and off-peak Saturdays sometimes have openings inside of 9 months. Ask about specific dates and we’ll tell you what’s open.
Can we taste the menu before booking?
Once you book, a tasting for the couple is included. Before booking, you can attend one of our group tasting events for $65 per person to try the menu firsthand.

The most amazing experience from start to finish. Our Maître D’kept the day on rails without ever feeling like we were on a schedule.

THE KNOT REVIEW
We toured five Hudson Valley venues. West Hills was the only one that gave us a written quote on the spot. Booked it the same week.

Three of our guests asked us for the chef’s name afterwards. The short rib was the meal everyone keeps bringing up.
