I met Hana and Bobby back in June of 2014, and I’d be lying if I said fate didn’t bring them here. They had looked around at a couple other venues, but just couldn’t find that unique, non-catering hall venue that they were looking for. Around this time, my boyfriend and I began searching for a place to move in together, and after countless internet searches, we just couldn’t find anything that met our needs. Well, after giving the happy couple a tour of our beautiful grounds, I started to gather additional contact information from them. As I began writing their address, I noticed they lived in an apartment complex that I’d never heard of. I asked them to tell me a little bit about it, and to make a long story short, by boyfriend and I just signed our lease for a second year :)
Hana and Bobby had a love for many things, but specialty tea’s and coffee’s were at the top of the list! Unique to their own style, they used ceramic tea pots as the vases for their centerpieces and thanks to Noble Coffee Roasters in Campbell Hall, NY, were able to decorate their cocktail hour with antique coffee and tea items. Noble Roasters, as many people call it, so kindly allowed the couple to rent these items, and let me tell you, it added so much character to the space. It really allowed the couples love of coffee and tea to shine through.
